AN AUTUMN MOBILE. YEAR 5
TRIP TO VIÉRNOLES
Ingredients:
. 300 g dark chocolate (to melt)
. 33 cl single cream
. 250 g chocolate shavings
Start by melting the chocolate in the microwave. Meanwhile, whisk the cream until thick. When the chocolate has melted mix together with the cream to form one mixture. Then, place the mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Next, using two spoons, make balls approximately 4 centimetres in diameter out of the mixture, Then, roll them in the chocolate shavings until they are completely covered.
Finally, place the truffles on a tray and leave in the freezer. Remove them 5 minutes before serving.
